Meet the in-house public sector bidding expert
I have worked in bids for seven years on every response and bid you can think of. Over the years especially, in my early stages, I would stay late and shadow the best writers and review their work. Taking what they taught me on writing responses, I created my own blueprint, and this is to pave the way for analysing bid responses. I now use this knowledge to understand your problems and pain-points and combine my expertise and technology together to help build and grow your bid wins and strategies.
Little bit about me
I am hardworking and a friendly individual with a competitive drive, likely shaped by my years of playing football, cricket, and golf. I have always wanted to run my own businesses as I believe it allows my analytical and creativity to flow.
I always love a challenge and do not shy away from one which is probably evident in my previous roles of taking bids on solely and completing every response and action from receiving documents to hand-over.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner, friends and family going out for drinks and meals.
I am a highly adaptable business intelligent individual with the ability to understand and articulate solutions, products, and services into a delivery context in a way that aligns with the customer’s needs and adds value to outshine the competition.
I have a proven track record of securing national and local frameworks, as well as winning ITT (Invitation to Tender) bids. With experience spanning diverse sectors such as civil and structural engineering, construction, audio-visual, and information technology (cloud, applications, data, and resource augmentation), I bring a broad range of expertise to every bid I work on.
The formula I used for these wins has grown and expanded with each piece of feedback and scoring I have received, constantly trying to work out how to score the highest marks possible in every submission.
proven framework and ITT bid success
Over the years, I have won an impressive array of bids and frameworks, securing contracts from £50k to £10m+. My wins include:
- 20+ framework and mini-competition bids across various sectors in just four years, all while working as an in-house bid/sales lead.
- Framework successes with housing groups, local councils, NHS, central government healthcare, financial and educational authorities.
- ITTs/RFPs successes within local councils, NHS, primary, secondary, colleges and universities, and central education authority.
